Yarn Returns:

You may return unwound and unused yarn within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or within 90 days for store credit. Please ensure labels are intact and the yarn is in its original condition.

All Other Items:

All other products (needles, tools, accessories, etc.) may be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return:

To start a return, please contact us at shop@thestitchcoven.com with your order number. Please do not return items to us without first contacting us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your preference.
